General Information

Arrival & Departure

Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m.
On request, we will be happy to check the availability of a free early check-in or a free late check-out (only possible at short notice).

Parking

Free outdoor parking spaces are available. If you wish, you can book an underground parking space for a fee when you make your reservation.

Prices excluding local tax

The local tax is CHF 4.00 per person and night from the age of 17. In return you benefit from various services:

Reduced ski ticket rates for the Samnaun/Ischgl mountain railroads
Free use of the SamnaunBus
Reduced admission to the Alpenquell adventure pool
Various activities from Samnaun Tourism (according to the weekly program)

Cancellation policy for «Non Refundable» bookings:

You`ll receive -10% on your booking on our instead prices. In case of cancellation or early departure a refund is not possible. It is not possible to change the booking.

This rate is not valid on packages offered and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Vereina Tickets

All ZEGG Hotels guests can receive discounted Vereina tickets upon request. We will be happy to send them to your e-mail address prior to arrival. Please note that tickets are non-refundable and require advance payment. For your return journey, tickets are available at the reception desk.

Payment methods

Cash in CHF and EURO
Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, EC, EDC) - payments in euros are also possible - (except AMEX), Postcard, Reka checks / Reka card, Union Pay, JCB.
For all payments made by credit card in advance, we ask you to present the card used for payment on arrival at the hotel for security reasons. Otherwise your deposit may become invalid and we will not be able to credit it to your hotel bill.

Winter reservations

Deposit

To guarantee your reservation in winter, we require a deposit of 30% of the room price. This can be paid by bank transfer (CHF or EUR) or credit card (CHF). You will receive more detailed information after booking.

Cancellation policy

up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation and refund of the deposit
up to 7 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the agreed room rate
from 7 days to 1 day prior to arrival: 70 % of the agreed room rate
from 1 day prior to arrival / late arrival / early departure: 100 % of the agreed room rate

We would like to politely point out that in the case of a credit card payment, a refund is only possible to the same card. If the card charged is no longer active at the time of cancellation, we will be happy to issue a voucher in the amount of your refund.

We reserve the right to grant a price adjustment for short-term reductions in the number of persons and/or length of stay within the cancellation period (from 14 days before arrival).

For your protection, we recommend that you always take out individual travel cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind! Please contact your insurance agency for this.
