On Thursday, November 23, 2017, Samnaun will kick off the winter season.

The first snow fell this week and we are happy about every other snowflake, so that the planned opening of the mountain railways and chair lifts on 23.11.17 nothing stands in the way.

Traditionally, the opening weekend is celebrated in Samnaun. At the opening of the Samnaun ski area, the Santa Claus from all over the world arrive on Saturday to judge the best in their industry at the "Clau Wau".

And to top off the Santa Claus World Championship on Saturday evening, the open-air concert with the swiss rappers Lo & Leduc takes place in the large parking lot in front of our Aparthotel Garni Nevada.
