Weinmanufaktur Clemens Strobl - Nearly 1000 km further north is the Wagram, the future region of Austria. One meter thick loess soil forms the basis for particularly finesse-rich and Burgundian wines. The region on the Danube River is the home of the Grüner Veltliner, the Red Veltliner and the "most expensive" Pinot Noir in Austria, which even Romanée Conti in blind tastings in the barriers. Clemens Strobl, an exceptional winemaker with cult potential, whose wines are second to none, presents a "Best of" of the past vintages.
The vineyards complement each other perfectly: finesse, elegant & vibrant wines from Austria meet characterful, authentic wines with fruit, power & velvety intensity from Tuscany.
